Sadly after a long battle my mother passed away at 7:10 AM on the 29 th September 2005.
Norma Jean Harvey will be missed
by many caravanners. She with my father Ross caravanners since 1954 (I was just seven then). We took our first trip from Perth WA to Cairns FNQ and
back. She had always been a caravanner completing 3 circum-navigations of the continent and many Nullabour crossings, the east coast and Tasmania.
Although cut short due to her eminent death this Karumba trip
is now dedicated to her, one of this countries true pioneers of the caravanning lifestyle.
